Pool lounge are there for you, plus the club house is just across the street offering an array of facilities, like large swimming pool, lounge area, information desk, inside sporting facilities with all kind of equipment etc.
The house is furnished and decorated European style and quality.
Hi-Fi, HD Lcd TV's, PC and broadband Internet, also with Wi-Fi, so you can bring your own Notebook if you like.
Watersong Resort is ideally located to suit all types of family holidays/vacations. Situated on the US 17-92 our villa is within an easy drive of Disney's Main Gates (only 15-20 minutes away) and all of Orlando's famous theme parks. There is an abundance of great golf courses to choose from, with the newly opened Providence course being just on our doorstep and offering some great deals to encourage you to visit.
Watersong Resort has manned entrance gates (currently operating between approx 8pm - 8am) and offers its owners and guests an abundance of resort facilities, including club house, community pool, play areas, kiddies putting green, etc. The community is an ideal location for holiday-makers to make their base whilst planning those great days out and with Interstate 4 and the US-27 both nearby all of Central Florida's popular theme parks, attractions, beaches, shopping malls (Posner Park being the most recent addition to the "shopping experience") are within very easy reach!
The villa with its own large pool and spa and is located on a large plot in the tranquil surroundings of the new prestige development of Watersong. This gated community, fully landscaped with rich green foliage offers a relaxing retreat after the hustle and bustle of Orlando’s exciting theme parks and attractions, which BTW are only 15 minutes away. Sleeping up to 8 people in superb comfort (no bed settees to make up) this luxury villa is complete with all the modern fittings and fully air conditioned. The home itself has been furnished to the highest standard and European style. Large soft sofas and huge king size beds as well as an extremely well fitted kitchen which includes all the facilities you would expect to find at home. LCD full HD TV's, Hi-Fi, Pc and game console as well as WiFi wireless internet broadband are available for you and your party to enjoy.

Cancellation Policy
A booking confirmation fixes both price and date. In other respects the owner reserves the right to make alterations without notice.
A 3% charge is made for bookings paid by credit card.
A non refundable deposit of €200/£200/$300 is required to secure the booking.
Any booking request will be held for 5 working days to allow for delivery of the deposit. If the deposit is not received the allocated dates will be made available for rental.

Comments: The newly built and furnished house welcomes you with a great smile the moment you walk in. Beautifully situated amongst parks, golflinks, reataurants and malls it leaves nothing to be desired.
