The Old Town 1 apartment is a perfect apartment for families or groups, or to combine with one of the other Old Town apartments - we have 5 all in the same location. These
modern apaertments are located in the heart of the city, in the old town, which means you can walk to all the main attractions the city has to offer, and also all of the
restaurants and nightlife. We will also give you a "Welcome Pack" with information all about the best places to go out and eat out.
The old town apartments are managed by BCN rentals, an English-run company, which are always on hand to help with any aspect of your booking or reservation. With 9 years of
experience and all apartments fully regsitered with the tourist board, why not check us out?
This apartment has 3 double bedrooms, one of which can be made a triple. There are also 2 double sofa beds and 2 single sofa beds in the living room (8 beds in total) making the
apartment ideal for groups. There is an extendable dining table and fully equipped kitchen with washing machine, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, fridge freezer,
crockery and cutlery, etc. The bathroom has a hydromassage shower cabin with seat, light and radio. The apartment itself has air-conditioning and central heating and a balcony.
Wi-Fi Internet access is also provided in the apartment. |

- Deposit: 200 Euros returnable deposit (or currency equivalent) in cash on arrival, which is returned on the day of departure.

Cancellation Policy
We strongly recommend the purchase of travel insurance, to recuperate any cancellation due to circumstances beyond the control of both parties.
If the client cancels 3 months prior to the arrival date, the landlord will refund the total amount of the reservation, minus expenses (up to 20%). If the client cancels within 3 months to 32 days of the arrival date, the landlord will refund the total amount of the reservation, minus expenses (up to 30%) if the landlord has been able to find a suitable replacement for the same dates. In the case of the contrary the landlord is not obliged to refund any of the pre-payment. If a client cancels between 32 - 0 days, the cancellation charge will be 100%. It is strongly recommended that clients purchase trip cancellation insurance. If for any reason beyond their control, including force majeure, the company should be unable to provide to the client the property he has booked, they reserve the right to transfer him, upon agreement, to a similar property. If the price of the substituted property is less, the difference will be reimbursed to the client but if the price of the substituted property is higher, the difference will be charged to the Client. If, however, no agreement can be reached both contractual parties are authorised to cancel the contract. The company will refund to the Client all monies paid. In case of legal proceedings both parties agree to Spain, Barcelona.
