There is a secret room behind a bookcase that leads to a finished attic that can accommodate 3 children or adventurous adults if needed for an additional cost $100.00 per night. Feel like you're in the tropics in your own home away from home. This quiet cul-de-sac street offers a serene environment for a writer or a movie industry executive who wants a peaceful setting to come home to. It has been home to many celebrities. It's an enchanting oasis. Entertain friends around the fire pit or outside fireplace orhave your business meetings at the gazebo bar. Or just enjoy a hot jacuzzi at the end of a hard day. Private patio and BBQ area. A private Chef is available to prepare a romantic poolside dinner. The owner, Georgia Durante lives on the property and is available to assist you with any needs you may have to make your stay more enjoyable while giving you privacy. Pool is not heated in winter--can be 4 extra cost. |

Our Reservation Policy
Every guest reservation is both important and special. We appreciate your choosing our facility and look forward to your time with us. When you book a stay at The Inn, a $100.00 non-refundable cleaning fee is due upon reservation and a refundable damage deposit may also apply. The mandatory hotel tax of 12.5% will also be added to your reservation. 3% credit card card will also apply. |

Cancellation Policy
Because the Enchanted Manor is a single property and bookings are made well in advance, if any reservation is canceled or is shortened within sixty (60) days prior to your arrival, please understand that we must ask you to take responsibility for your entire reservation. Before 60 days of your arrival 50% of your deposit will be returned. If you are booking far in advance, cancellation insurance is recommended.

Comments: I recently stayed at the Enchanted Manor with my 19 year old son, his 13 year old cousin, and the cousin's 13 year old friend. Impressing teenage boys of any age is no small feat, but all three were speechless upon seeing The Enchanted Manor for the first time. Everything was clean and the beds were extremely comfortable. The homeowner made sure that we had everything we needed and was very helpful with any questions we had. Both the interior and the yard were designed beautifully, and the boys very much enjoyed the built in pool with the hot tub and waterfall. I hosted a BBQ for friends in the yard and they were just as impressed with the house as we were. The location is perfect for touring Los Angeles and the surrounding area. It was easy to get to and from places like Hollywood, Beverly Hills, Santa Monica, etc. After hearing so much about it, my wife and the rest of my family are now looking forward to their chance to stay at The Enchanted Manor the next time we all come to California. |

Comments: My 24 year old daughter and her 24 year old roomate and roomates mother stayed at the Enchanted Manor for a mother/daughter weekend. We had a lovely stay and it turned out to be a great place for us! Georgia, the owner, is delightful! She lives on the property, but if you want privacy she'll make herself scarce! But don't - invite her out to the patio for a glass of wine as she is so enjoyable! :) The guesthouse worked for us, but we were creative with the sleeping spaces, but there were plenty of options. If you need private bedrooms for multiple people it might mean sleeping on a comfy couch - so ask Georgia - she'll help you out! As we said - there were good options. We were delighted and would certainly come back! Additionally the back yard patio/pool area/ firepit are great! We hosted a small barbecue for a few of our daughters friends and it was perfect! |

Comments: My daughter and I had a marvelous week at Georgia's magical cottage. I didn't feel like I was in LA. It's an oasis in the middle of the San Fernando Valley. It is close to just about everything I needed to do. My little one especially loved the secret room, not to mention the waterfall out back. |
