This exclusive first floor Poolside Villa is your dream
vacation getaway. Once you enter this palace all your headaches
will be left outside blowing away with the ocean breezes.
This condo has 18" saturnia marble floors imported from Italy throughout living area including the patio. You will be dining on a 3'x 5' granite dining room table from China which seats four comfortably. There is additional seating at the kitchen bar area. Relax on the 7' plush sofa watching the 32" cable television or kickback with a book on what we call the Papa chair (chaise longue). The bedroom is carpeted with shag berber carpet and has a king size bed, chest, dresser, 20" TV with cable and full length mirror slider closet. The bathroom has imported Italian marble from floor to ceiling with crown molding. As an added bonus in this European style bathroom, you can listen to your favorite music with the installed co axle ceiling speakers. The screened patio is very private with a teak patio set, roll down blinds and has extra storage. |
