This is one of our most popular 3 bedroom properties. This is located in one of the best Venice Beach locations.. Close walk to Abbot Kinney Blvd shopping and Marina del Rey.
Easy drive to other Southern California destinations.
In this nice 3 bedroom 2 bath Home the kitchen, dining area, and living room are an open floor plan..There is a dining table that would fix 6 persons, and a breakfast bar that would fit another 4 persons..The home has a large master bedroom with a king bed with a private bathroom, also a wet bar/efficiency kitchen that has a small refrigerator, sink, toaster oven, and microwave. In addition, there is a small balcony with 2 chairs for a front row seat to some of the best people watching in the world….The other two bedrooms each have queen beds and small deck with 2 chairs off of each bedroom. In the living room there is a queen sofa bed..There are three plasma TV’s in this home; 42″ in the living room, a 32″ in the master bedroom, and a 19″ in one of the other bedrooms..All the TV’s have Direct TV Satellite..The kitchen has all new stainless steel appliances; double door refrigerator with ice maker and filtered water, dishwasher, large built in microwave, and a gas range/oven. Central air conditioning is available..
There is also a great roof top deck that has ocean views, a BBQ, and patio furniture..
We also have High Speed DSL, quality linens and towels, local phone service, parking for 2 cars, beach chairs, body boards, and laundry facilities on property. |
