POOLSIDE POOL VIEW CONDO FOR RENT!
Spacious 1BR fully furnished condo for rent at the gated community of Legacy Dunes Resort in Kissimmee, Florida
just 5 miles from Walt Disney World. Our condo has a beautiful view of the swimming pool area from the screened
balcony and has all of the comforts of your own home. NEW! High Speed Internet Access!
The bedroom has a queen sized bed, walk in closet, LCD cable TV, DVD player. The condo has a fully equipped
kitchen with a refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher, appliances, plates and glasses, utensils, pots and pans
and everything you would need to prepare meals. The condo has a spacious dining room, and the living room has a
big screen cable TV, DVD player, and a sleeper sofa. This condo sleeps up to 4 people.
The condo has a screened balcony with a great view of the pool. The condo also has a washer and dryer for your
use, an iron and ironing board and a hair dryer for your convenience.
Upon arrival, you will be provided with starter soap, shampoo and toilet paper. You will have to replenish these items
as you use them. All linens and towels are provided. If you bring towels to the swimming pool area, please be sure to
bring them back to the condo.
This unit is conveniently located adjacent to the clubhouse and swimming pool area. Convenient location with easy
access to all of the resort amenities. Legacy Dunes Resort has a beautiful tropical swimming pool, a clubhouse,
restaurant, bar, gym and fitness center, basketball, volleyball, and much more. A great resort for the entire family to
enjoy.
Legacy Dunes Resort and our condo are located just 5 miles from Disney off of 192/Irlo Bronson Memorial Hwy.
There are several restaurants and shopping centers conveniently located near the resort.
This is a privately owned condo and there are no services provided. The unit will be cleaned before your arrival and
after you check out. It is your responsibility to keep the condo clean during your stay. For extended stays, cleaning
service can be provided for a fee. Please arrange any cleanings at the time you make your reservation.
Check in is at 4:00 PM and check out is at 10:00 AM. We need this time to have the cleaning service prepare the
condo for the next guest. The condo will be inspected before your arrival and immediately after your departure.
There are NO PETS allowed and absolutely NO SMOKING inside the condo, no exceptions! You can smoke outside
on the screened patio only. |

Rental Rates for this Vacation Condo Rental |

Our rates start at $79 per night, plus 13% tax. There is a $50 cleaning fee for any stay of 4 nights or less. If you stay 5 nights or more, the cleaning fee will be waived. |

- Rates are based on an occupancy of: 4
- Minimum stay: 1 Nights
- 13%% Lodging Tax
- Deposit: 100% in advance
- Check-In: 4 p.m.
- Check-Out: 10 a.m.
Cancellation Policy
$150 deposit due immediately to hold reservation, refundable up to 60 days prior to your arrival. Deposit will be applied to your balance.
The deposit will not be refunded within 60 days of your arrival date, but can be applied to a future reservation.
$50 cleaning fee for any stay under 5 nights. If you stay 5 nights or more the cleaning fee will be waived.

The best thing of course was the condo was in immaculate condition, the kids had a wonderful time, plus the pool was fantastic. The zero entry pool was a big hit with our kids! My wife and I greatly appreciated and enjoyed our stay in your beautiful condo. The price was incredible, the cleanliness was impeccable, the comfortability was there, the facilities were great and we couldn't get over how great everything was. Thank you so much for letting us rent your place out for our honeymoon. We had so much fun down there. Kissimmee and Orlando was fantastic. We did not want to leave that place.
