In most cases, $250 deposit 30 days before arrival reserves dates, otherwise dates are only tentative - full refund if canceled at least 20 days before arrival - $150 refunded if canceled between 10 to 20 days before arrival - no refund if canceled within 10 days of arrival. If shorter times involved, call David at 562-305-2306 for special arrangements. -Grand Prix weekend Fri Sat & Sun early check in & late check out - $1,000, $100 nonrefundable cleaning fee, $750 fully refundable security deposit if care given to property. Personal checks accepted from all guests if received at least 20 days before arrival. Otherwise, cash or bank/cashier's check only. All rates and terms subject to change without notice until confirmed.

- Beautiful soft modern bedroom. Modernly furnished living room has a modern Lycksele sofa expansion bed - not the usual way-too-soft sofa pull out. This 'pull out' is a unique experience in itself. The mattress is firm and not like a sofa pull out. The frame is not the usual springs'n'wires. It's a solid wooden frame. HD 27 inch flat screen TV with DVD/VCR. player.
